Gigabyte announced its AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 INFINITY 32G on May 8, 2026, featuring a cooling system with two visible fans and a third fan concealed in the center of the card.
The model, listed under product number GV-N5090AORUS IF-32GD, had previously appeared at CES 2026 in January. Gigabyte described the card as available in its announcement but did not specify a price or identify retailers with stock.
Dual flow-through cooling
The card uses Gigabyte’s WINDFORCE HYPERBURST cooling system. The company says its double flow-through design allows the two main fans to push air through the heatsink and openings in the backplate. Gigabyte describes a separated PCB layout that provides room for airflow through both sides of the backplate area.
The concealed center fan, called the Overdrive Fan, operates on a dedicated fan curve and activates during peak GPU loads, Gigabyte says. The company describes the arrangement as providing the airflow behavior of a three-fan system while retaining the appearance of a two-fan design.
Hardware specifications
Gigabyte lists NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5090 GPU with 21,760 CUDA cores, 32GB of GDDR7 memory, a 512-bit memory interface and a memory speed of 28 Gbps. The listed core clock is 2,730 MHz, and the card uses PCIe 5.0.
The card measures 330 × 145 × 65 mm and uses one 16-pin power connector. Gigabyte recommends a 1000W power supply. Display connections comprise three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs and one HDMI 2.1b port.
Gigabyte’s accessory list includes a 12V-2×6 to four 8-pin PCIe power adapter, a VGA holder kit, AORUS gloves, a metal sticker, tweezers, a quick guide and warranty registration material.
