Microsoft announced new Surface Pro and Surface Laptop for Business devices powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors on May 19, 2026. The company said the Intel models were available that day in select markets, with the 13-inch Surface Laptop starting at $1,499 and the larger laptops and Surface Pro starting at $1,949.99.
The refresh includes a 13-inch Surface Pro and Surface Laptop models in 13-inch, 13.8-inch and 15-inch sizes. Microsoft said Snapdragon X2-based Surface for Business models would follow later in 2026.
Microsoft is positioning the range for commercial deployment and on-device AI workloads. The company says AI feature availability and performance may vary by device, configuration and region, and some experiences require an internet connection, compatible hardware or a Microsoft 365 subscription.
Surface Laptop prices and specifications
